Low Clouds

Stratocumulus
Stratoscumulus clouds are grey or white. They are rounded and non-fibrous. They are layered and usually have dark tesselations.

Stratus
Stratus clouds are grey. If they become thick enough, they can produce snow grains, drizzle, or ice prisms. The sun can sometimes be seen through these clouds, showing the outlines.

Cumulonimbus
Cumulonimbus clouds are also known as thunderstorm clouds. This cloud is very heavy and dense. The bottom of this cloud is often dark. Lower clouds can merge with this cloud. Sometimes they can produce hail or tornadoes.

Cumulus
Cumulus clouds are usually dense. They form vertically. The areas where it's lit by the sun are a bright white, while the other areas are dark. It normally develops in the moring, grows, and dissipates in the evening.
